Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons Naths(Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable.

 

Refund

Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all the COD orders a link will be sent to you, where you will have to fill in your bank details for us to initiate the refund process. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund and it might take further 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Do you offer Exchange?

We do not accept returns, but we accept the exchange and size replacements are possible.

At the time of replacement or exchange of the product, make sure to keep the package ready with the original invoice. 

Can I Cancel My Order

You can request the cancellation of the order by e-mailing us at ordercancel@jewelsforgeneration.com If in case the order is already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery.

Please Note: To be eligible for exchange, your products must be unused and has to be in the same condition as you received them, with the original Jewelsforgeneation packaging, tags, and bill.
